Empyrean Eclipse Signs to Dark Millennium Records!

Denver Colorado’s Empyrean Eclipse, was originally established in the spring of 2004, with a short hiatus from 2007 – 2009. The band brings a blend of unique melodies intertwined with speed and raw aggression. Their influences in Death and Black metal styles combine seamlessly and are accompanied by climactic peaks as well as clear haunting passages.

The current lineup consists of original members Steve (And Hell Followed), Roger and Ryan with James Cummings (ex-Mandrake, Misanthrope, Allegaeon), taking over vocal duties, and Derek (ex-Beguile/Satan’s Host) on bass..

A new album is in the works and the band will enter studio shortly to start recording the follow up to their well received 2007 album “Illumination Undone”.

Exussum Signs to Dark Millennium Records!

Hailing from Colorado, Exussum is a brutal death metal outfit who’s goal is creating dark, crushing death metal with an old school vibe. Exitium per Ignis [2006] and Seeding the Bastard Race [2009], recorded and produced by the band themselves, are both solid examples that high caliber talent doesn’t strictly lie in the hands of polished, big label bands. Sharing the stage with Cephalic Carnage, All Shall Perish, Caliban, Dreaming Dead, Suffokate, among others, Exussum has been able to spread their brutality to a large audience in their 5 year existence.

Exussum is current working on material for a full length album to be released later this year on Dark Millennium Records.

Cryogen Announces New Guitarist

Cryogen has announced that Chris Ghigliotty will now be filling the second guitar spot in the band. “We felt that feeing up Darkness to focus on vocals was the best move for the band and will help us achieve a tighter live sound”, says Cryogen. Chris comes from former Colorado metal band Followed by Silence, who Cryogen’s current drummer Aaron was a part of as well.

Chris joined Cryogen at their CD release for his first show with the band. You can find more pics from the show HERE, and a video HERE.

Dark Millennium Records has partnered up with Utah metallers SUCH VENGEANCE, to bring you their debut album “The Time is Now”. Coming Tuesday, February 23rd to the DM Records online store!

Such Vengeance is a five piece from Salt Lake City, Utah. Highly contagious choruses help flush out the band’s driving yet melodic sound. The debut album “The Time is Now”, has received numerous positive reviews from both industry magazines and online media outlets. Recorded and produced at their own recording facility in Pleasant Grove, Utah by Josh Hone (Bass / Studio Engineer) and the band themselves, it’s clear Such Vengeance is highly dedicated to their cause.
